The second branch of the Feel Our Hearts campaign consists of gathering postcards with messages from Haruka & Rin fans from all over the world—and then delivering them to the Kyoto Animation staff in person alongside the scrapbook. The Feel Our Hearts crew will place all the postcards in a box (specially decorated with the theme of our campaign!), inspired by the tin box the relay trophy was buried in. Romantic, right?
All you need to do to take part is to gather your love and gratitude for Free!, Haruka, and Rin on a postcard and mail it to us!
Submission Rules:
❤ As we will be collecting the postcards along with the scrapbook submissions, the deadline to get your postcards in will also be December 1st, 2015 —this means the crew will need to have received everything by that date, so please keep in mind that you will need to send your postcards/submissions out a little before then. We will consider providing an extension on a case-to-case basis while we work on putting the scrapbook together, but please aim to get everything mailed in before the deadline. [Mailing address will be revealed at a later date to the participants that have signed up]❤ Please remember to be polite & respectful in your messages to KyoAni/Animation Do, and to keep the content G-rated.❤ Please keep your messages short—because there is no way to be certain that the Kyoto Animation staff will be able to read messages that aren’t written in Japanese. Please try to write short & easy to comprehend sentences (even if you’re using English). If possible; try to write in caps or a simple, legible handwriting.❤ Alternatively, for those of you who wish to try some Japanese, we’ll be sharing some stock phrases for you to use on your cards soon!❤ Keeping the above rule in mind, feel free to include a small “Thank you!” in your native language, as well as in English, for your message to be extra special.❤ Don’t forget to add a mention of the Feel Our Hearts campaign in your postcard!❤ Wouldn’t it be nice if we could give the Postcard Campaign a distinctive international twist by sending in lots of postcards with pictures of locations from all around the world? Just imagine how surprised the Kyoto Animation staff will be to receive a postcard from the Eiffel Tower or London Bridge—so if possible, please consider sending a postcard that represents your country or region.❤ You can send in as many postcards as you like!❤ While keeping in mind that all the postcards will be gathered inside a box, and that they will not have any postage stamps (unless you want to add one), if you haven’t chosen a card that represents where you live, please remember to mention your country in your postcard!❤ Feel free to create and print your own postcards to use in the campaign! But please try to be mindful of regular postcard sizes, so as to make sure everything will fit in the box without any problems.❤ That being said, we’re so excited about the Postcard Campaign that we even created some postcard templates for you to print out at home if you wish! You can find them [HERE].❤ Before sending your postcard in, please consider scanning your work (or taking a photograph if that’s not possible), and sending us a copy via the submission form (which will be opened at a later date). We would like to not only avoid having any postcards lost in the mail, but also to display all of them in our Galleries, so everyone can access them even after they have already been delivered.
